Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the contest. In June of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her result. Ariel competed with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel makes the best use of her time. This is accomplished by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
