Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing all of our People, Culture, and Culture practices. Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across a range of industries with leaders and their teams to enhance business results in particular during periods when growth is rapid and change occurs through focusing on establishing the right alignment, coordinating, and implementing a global people strategy. The work she has done as a facilitator in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She is passionate about learning as she sees leadership and team development as the most powerful competitive advantage. Her experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized companies, building leaders and providing coaching with proven results. The experience has helped to create corporate cultures that embraced the concept of learning and innovation, as well as transforming for the good of people and teams. While Annmarie is inspired to dedicate her time and talents to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organizations in her free time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to help women develop as leaders. Additionally, she provides education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
